Development Program:

You will join our Sustainable Business & Innovation team with exposure to all elements of our organization - Science + Analytics, Innovation Solutions, Green Chemistry, Scale + Partnerships, and Strategy + Operations. You will partner with directors and managers to drive impact in each of these areas. As part of the program, you will be trained in and deploy our Sustainability Framework, including work in long term sustainable targets (2020/2025) waste, energy, water, labor, toxicity, resource depletion reduction, climate change, circularity in materials, product, and other related areas of focus.We seek a positive minded individual that will thrive in problem solving with a diverse group of players in a "team sport"/collaborative setting.

  • Graduating with a Masters degree in Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, Chemistry, Sustainable Systems, Jurisdoctorate, Environmental Studies (Design, Management, Science) or like discipline equivalent in December 2018 or May 2019
  • Interest in data-driven analysis (Chemistry, Engineering, Computational Science, etc.) and demonstrated ability to draw conceptual conclusions from a broad set of disparate inputs
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to a broad audience
  • Strong teambuilding and leadership skills
  • Confidence in providing strategic guidance
  • Capable self starter, not afraid to ask questions
  • Track-record of demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit in fast-paced environment
  • General sustainability skills/knowledge
  • Sports focus/interest & Passion for the brand
  • Problem solver with a focus on positivity while working through complex issues.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have):

  • Hard science skills - environmental sciences, green chemistry, natural resource management, ecology, material science, modeling, mathematics, engineering
  • Coursework in business & economics, with a focus on global supply chain
  • Experience in corporate sustainability, social impact investing, , operations, or finance
  • Experience in open innovation - grand challenges, crowdsourced solutioning, innovation prizes, ideation competitions
