Strategy & Analytics Intern (2017-18 Season) / Pro Sports
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:Prepare research for customer experience, marketing, and sponsorship programs
◦Collect data from surveys, databases, and external sources
◦Analyze data and summarize key findings
Support sales, service, and marketing operations
◦Build and load prospect lists for call and email campaigns
◦Develop reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance
Assist with business process improvement and data management
◦Perform data hygiene and ETL tasks between various systems
◦Prepare documentation of changes to business processes and data models
General support of the Strategy & Analytics department

Junior or Senior in college pursuing business, economics, statistics, market research, or marketing preferred.
Candidate should be self-motivated, organized, professional, mature, analytical, and extremely detail-oriented
Prior experience in finance, marketing, or related field
Intermediate to strong knowledge of basic statistics and the ability to communicate that knowledge to others that do not possess the same statistical background
Experience with manipulating large data sets
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications
PHYSICAL & MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, handle or feel, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear.
The vision requirement includes close vision and ability to adjust focus.
Nature of position requires physical mobility and the ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
Must have ability to adjust to changing work hours and locations as needed.
